On the bottom of the desktop there is a panel that never hides. It is darkish but depending on your plasma-theme can be transparent.
Then in the upper left side of the desktop there is a panel that only appears when you bounce the cursor in that place. This panel holds the menu of the active application.

- latte window button applet. This applet (upper right) takes care of the merging of the top-bar and the window-decoration-bar when a window is maximized. It does this in a spectacular way thus saving screen-space and clutter. You can not just install this widget in the normal way from the kde-store. Perhaps your distribution has a binary file from this widget but I had to build it (in Debian).

Plasma color theme that is fresh and easy to the eye

povides beautifull folder icons for icon themes that don' t have so nice ones. This theme should be used together with the flat-glass-Color icon theme https://kde.store.org/p/1328321/ to witch it points.
Also in the extracted icon-theme there is a file "index.theme".
In this file you find:
Inherits=flat-glass-Color
You can add other themes behind "flat-glass-Color" or replace it by another icon theme. As a result this ultrflatOrangeLichteDskp theme will get missing icons from that place.

Flat and easy to the eye. No small details.

The Antwerp railway station is an incredible building. I made this picture there.

I made quite some changes in the SmoothX plasma desktop theme (also in the kde-store) and this is where I ended up with. Looks good in combination with the Freeze Aurorae window deocration https://store.kde.org/content/show.php/Freeze?content=168737 . This window decoration will take over the grey of the plasma theme and had the same degree of transparency. But there is also the original SmoothX Aurorae theme that comes with the SmoothX plasma desktop theme https://store.kde.org/p/998618/

This is a single icon used in the standard gnome3 distribution. It also can be used in the plasma desktop!
