Description:

This theme was designed to look great on systems without desktop effects (see screenshots). Enable the "Outline active window title" option in the Oxygen window decoration settings for the best look with desktop effects disabled.

Whoops! I uploaded this color scheme with KDE's built-in scheme uploader... I had no idea it failed to include the actual color scheme!
