Suggestions:

Either
Common Colors: Window Text: Black
Or
View: Alternate Background: to some saturation of the green

Thankyou.. :) ... Yes i agree, the problem is i haven't done this before and i have learned that the change of some colors have a lot of unforseen effects. But i will try to get it more right... :)
