Dark Age of Camelot Classic Theme

It's an Emerald Theme inspired by the old Dark Age of Camelot UI.
Use Calibri as Font.

Included "background.png" for use in e.g. Konsole etc. as tiling background image.
(Its the background image of the dialog boxes in DAoC)
