What GTK theme is that? It looks a bit like Glossy with different coloring.

I'd like this theme quite a bit if the scrollbars didn't have such a high contrast. They distract rather badly.

They're of the same colour of the Window Title.
You can simply change it by yourself via Emeral Theme Manager.
I this that a dual-colour theme is cleaner... but it's just my opinion!

They're Oxygen Refit 1.1, but some of those are quitely edited by me, like Desktop icon or hard drive Icons.
