Atalanta Theme for QtCurve and Emerald 0.2

(Emerald Theme is based on the Minimal-Thin Theme by Draje,
the QtCurve Settings are based on the Zink Suite by Scnd101,
the color scheme is taken from zink suite, too)
I suggest to use the Oxygen Refit Black Icons with this.
