"is online" Screenlet

A screenlet which shows the status of any website or any server (ping) at your desktop.
Notes:
- If update interval = 0 min, only reach the status of the website at screenlet start.
- All themes are from execute screenlet, thanks to whise and cimi86. The status icons are from pidgin base theme.
