TextEqualizer Impulse Theme
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
Preamble: I like to have cool equalizer in the background of my desktop but it annoying myself to see a insulse group of bars, circles or rotating stuffs when the music get off.
Description: I modified the default impulse theme to show the equalizer over a text (at least make sense when there is no sound)
The equalizer bars are of different color depending if are over or outside the text borders. Managing the alpha of the color you can make them disappear only part of it.
Text, Font, Margins are customizable.
I develop two amplify functions (Sinusoidal and Exponential)
Installing: extract the directory in ~/.screenlets/Impulse/Theme/
Comment: this is my first screenlet so I look forward to comment and suggestion on how to improve
(I was thinking could be cool the same but with image in place of text...)
