BMP mulders skins

A customer Clearlooks based skin for BMP, add titles for main, eq and title window. I hack this skin to match with the Mplayer clearlooks skin.
Clearlooks-BMP by gmeier, and this based in the ClearSky skin by Wdreinhart.
