Human Blue is a GIMP-edited theme, based on Human theme, but with blue icons.

How To Install
To instal, follow these steps:
> Go to System > Preferences > Appearance;
> Click on the button Install..., then select the HumanBlue.tar.gz package;
> Click OK and done!

When you're finished I think these would make a nice fresh icon theme for the next release of Viper OS
