Please check it out for warnings and bugs. Frankly, I'm only interested in a check on Cinnamon.
It goes without saying that I value your feedback a lot.
Thank you

Thank you for rolling out 0.7.6. I admire your dedication.
And yes a testing branch sounds like a good idea. After all I want this project to go on indefinitely and as nothing ever stands still it will have to adapt to a great many things such as the evolution of GTK, the upcoming LTS from Ubuntu, Cinnamon 2.8 (just around the corner), Cinnamon 3 (next year) and so on (just to mention a few). You're obviously nothing short of a genius but you're also not our slave.
I wouldn't like you to sacrifice your well being and health for a bunch of "hi"s and "thank you"s.

No need to hurry. I'm pretty sure you'll sort things out in 0.7.6.
If it would be easy, everybody would do it. So just give it some time.
Thank you

I think it can be fixed, just a moment and I'll send you instructions when I find the solution

It shows that a lot of work and time has been invested in 0.7.5. On so many DEs. Not for a moment should you assume that I'm narrow minded or sighted. I would define myself as a global thinker with the ability to zoom in on the most minute details.
I'll be back on the code base thing (pointed out by Zerophase) as soon as I manage to correlate it with some important aspects.
Great Work !

I salute the advent of 0.7.5. I was about to post again about what I intended to say by freezing feature updates for 0.7.5, but bam! there it was.
By freezing feature updates I intended to say: no new features before what Zerophase had found was sorted out.
OK. So all in all 0.7.5 is great and I'm sure you'll figure out the rest as well.
Thank You

If you eliminate those 4 bugs pinpointed by Zerophase, you can call that 0.7.5.
Good or bad, here's an idea: please consider freezing feature updates for 0.7.5 because those have a tendency to cause bugs.
Don't missunderstand me, just for 0.7.5. After 0.7.5, feature updates should of course continue to roll. After all bugs are a byproduct of progress. There, you've got a novel again for a post.
Thank you !

For the .system error I have no clue what that is or what causes it and the unity one leaves me perplex. I'll have a look at other themes and try to find out the fix

On my machine I just get the Unity error, but notice it's junk in another line this time.
maybe the session error only happens on your computer?
I'll fix the gedit right away

Not that I would be unhappy with the feature update in xfce (I was preparing to suggest it as this DE ranks 2nd in my preferences), BUT where do we stand now in Cinnamon (0.7.5) ?
Let us leave aside the warnings for now. Can you still find any bug on Cinnamon?
Thank You
