7 .4
Description:

A theme inspired by my earlier work "Adwaita-cupertino" but looking softer contrasts and less "cupertino"

Added gnome-shell theme adapted to GrayDay
The gnome-shell theme is a modification of the nice theme "Ambiance Blue Theme Suite" created by satya164
http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Ambiance+Blue+Theme+Suite?content=133676

Requirements: Gnome 3.4, GTK3 unico-engine, GTK2 Murrine and Pixmap engines.
Tested in Fedora 17 Gnome 3.4.x and Unity/Ubuntu 12.04

IMPORTANT: Inside the theme folder there is a readme.txt file with some instructions for customizations.
- 6 presets for change the highlight color scheme easily
- 5 styles for nautilus
3 styles to fit gnome 3.4 (gnome-shell) without globalmenu
2 styles specific for unity, to fit gnome 3.4 with globalmenu

- 5 styles for tabs (tabs-themed, tabs-themed-light, tabs-dark, tabs-gray, tabs-classic) see screenshot 3
- 2 styles for unity top panel (default theme and dark)

I like those square edges of the windows theme :)
- Fixed tabs appearance of epiphany v1.11

On the issue of rhythmbox slider in the latest version does not occur. The version you have is the latest? in the screenshot are more problems, eg. square scrollbars also, or theme is installed in gnome 3.2.x ?

and hey, maybe it's a good idea to make a square version? Square tabs, selection, scrollbars, progressbars .. you know.

got it, thanx, man. Do you know how to change the font for any gtk3 element only? e.g. I wanna change the font type for nautilus pathbar(or breadcrumb) only. Is it possible?

Unfortunately it is not possible, I've tried many times, remove bold in nautilus, but I could not. Same for other widgets, in theory should be able to do, but I have not gotten results

in the file /GrayDay/gtk-3.0/gtk.css
on the line 25 are the options for tabs

option 3.- tabs dark gray
@import url("tabs-dark.css");

See readme.txt
I think the edges square, not a bad idea ;)

¡Hola trastes!

https://dl.dropbox.com/u/80497678/MediterraneanDark.tar.gz

This is one of the (if not the) most polished themes currently available - pleasing to look at, highly usable and polished (very few glitches). Please, PLEASE keep up the good work!

Moin!

The gtk3 path navigation button bar[1] (the huge one, especially relevant in nautilus) has a small bug: when hovering a currently unselected path component (f.e. the parent folder) everything jumps a little to the left as if the width is ~2px smaller on mouseover.

Apart from that you did another nice theme, I like it very much as a refreshing alternative to adwaita cupertino which decorated my desktop for quite a while now.

[1] Does that thing have a shorter name?!

Man, I need your advice. First, your theme is awesome. Second: I try making it an minimal as possible and I want to remove that square selection from selected pathbar item and make it just transparrent with black color just like the other items in the pathbar. Now it looks like a pressed button with reverted text color. I'm trying to find where the settings are, but , damn, I dunno. It's not in gtk-widgets.css is it?

In gtk.css have the option (there are 5 options) to select the style for nautilus.
Depending on the style selected, the setting is in one of these 5 files

gnome-applications-gray.css
gnome-applications-gray-light.css
gnome-applications-light.css
gnome-applications-unity.css
gnome-applications-unity-gray.css

find this:

#nautilus-search-button * {
......
......
}

and set it in this way:

#nautilus-search-button .button:active,
#nautilus-search-button .button:active:prelight,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar .toolbar .button:active,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar.toolbar .button:active,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar .toolbar .button:hover:active,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar.toolbar .button:hover:active,
#nautilus-search-button * {
......
......
}

in the same file, the text color for the active item
find this:
#nautilus-search-button *:active,
#nautilus-search-button *:active:prelight,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar .toolbar .button *:active,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar.toolbar .button *:active,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar .toolbar .button *:active:hover,
NautilusWindow .primary-toolbar.toolbar .button *:active:hover {
color: shade(@theme_selected_fg_color, 1.00);
text-shadow: 0 1 alpha(#000, 0.25);
}

can change for this:
color: shade(#000, 1.00);
text-shadow: 0 1 alpha(#fff, 0.25);
