Blue Salinx

This is a modification of the Salinx theme.
It is a blue shiny version with new metacity buttons and widened borders.
The scrollbars, menubar and toolbar have been slightly modified also. The buttons are larger and slightly rounded.
The rest of the elements remain the same.
