Just a plain and simple gtk theme. Just changes the colours. To be fair, though, it is my first go at makng one of these things... had to work it out using gcolour2 and the comments. The internet articles confused me :-(. Anyway, if you have emerald, and you use this, a good emerald theme is this: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/greenmachinetheme?content=121293
