A port of the milk-flat-blue theme from arctic found at www.gnome-look.org. My first theme : ) have fun.

+Now works with all gtk2 themes.
+fixed two stupid pixels at the top corners

Frikken excellent, I borrowed the buttons (and everything else, and just replaced the Flat, with regular Milk title bar.
