Shiki-Nouveau-Fall-Colors

First of all, please forgive me for posting this under "Xfce theme", which was for lack of a better thing, plus I already posted this as a GTK3 theme on GNOME-Look, so I didn't want to post it as a GTK2, as it would show up again on GNOME-Look.
This is an update to the Shiki-FallColors themes I uploaded last fall in order to support theme compatibility for GTK3 apps.
These themes combine the green, orange, or red highlight colors with the dark browns and tans of the Shiki-Nouveau-Dust theme.
Recommended for use with the gnome-wise, gnome-human, or gnome-wine icon themes and the Shiki-Dust Xfwm theme.

9-12-12: Realized that I forgot and left the Cinnamon, Unity, Metacity, Xfwm, etc. decorations in the packaging, which results in duplicate titlebar styles under different names. This release fixes that -- my bad!
