Yes Anand thats right the fruit is longon.
And the crushed ice is mixed with the strawbery syrup. Really refreshing when u walk distance on Santosa.

The dish has shaved ice at the bottom, the white fruits are longans (tropical fruits, sugar solution and probably strawberry or lychees ,still guessing what is the red thing)

IIRC it is a traditional malay dish. Tastes great!

Typically, kachang is shaved ice, served with a red beans and has a creamy topping...um, evaporated milk, I am pretty sure. I haven't had it since...1999, last time I was in Singapore, but it -is- a tastey treat when suffering the heat and humidity there. Never seen it with lychee fruit, though.

I recently visited singapore, i went to Santosa iceland and thats where i bought this. I just clicked an image an it turned out cool so posted it. Its kinda ice crush. Tastes well to!!!!
