Yes, it is Windows 2000 Professional, running Litestep 0.24.7. Litestep has not been updated in a long time and other shell replacements (such as Aston) prove to have more features.. but I still use it occassionally.

I like the background, and I have downloaded it.

But I'm curious about the rest of your screenshot.

Can you please tell me about what OS/distro you are using, what desktop manager you are using, and what some of the elements are. I was especially pleased with your desktop switcher and the overall smooth feel of it.
