I made this completely in gimp. If you want to know how I made it, I will post a short message explaining it. It is really pretty simple to make.
I hope you like it!
I don't think I need to make other sizes, because if it is stretched or squished, there isn't anything that will look strange.

Make a new gimp file with the dimensions of you screen, and make layer all white.
Next, click on the blend or gradient tool and set mode to difference. Set the gradient to the preset: "land 1"
You will also need to set the shape to radial.
Drag the tool from one corner to the other, let go of the mouse button, and go back the other way. Keep repeating, but vary the angles each time. (and I really mean *vary*) After it look how you want it, go to colors> desaturate. This will remove the color. Then goto colors> colorize, and adjust the setting until you like it!
This will take a few tries to get the hang of it, but after a few minutes you will find tons of other thing you can do with this!
Tell me if this doesn't make sense :)
