Made with blender and retouched a little with gimp/photoshop (I still don't know how to use gimp as well as I'd like)

I think you are searching for Gimp layers (when you get layers all the rest is piece of cake) Take a look at Google.

This wallpaper promises a lot. But be careful: some things become ugly because of bad texts...

Watch yourself.

I know layers.. I get lost in all the shortcuts that I and tools in PS that in gimp I can't find... I think I need more practise and read more tutorials!!

Or wait till the new gimp interface that they promise!
