This is Tulasi/Krishna Tulasi the plant with excellent medicinal value. also In Indian Mythology a leaf of Tulasi is equated to Lord Krishna - The supreme being.
Tulasi is the most sacred plant in India. Western people use it in their medicines but have no reverence for nature's gift or nature. Their attitude is is slowly bringing in the destruction of the planet.
