http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hopetoun_Falls
not sure if he tries to make money with linking to his homepage, but at least there are infos about the persons who made the pics
i would suggest the auther to rename the file to Hopetoun_Falls or give users a bit more information about it since there are so many waterfall pics ...

There are google-ads on his page. The more click he gets on his page the more money he can get for the ads.
I don't think that's just coincidence. What he's really doing is abusing kde-look.org for his own commercial purposes.
That's enough reason for me to vote that stuff down each time he updates it.
Also, of couse, this is a kind of flooding. By unneccessarily updating his posts all the time, content that's really new or updated gets pushed off the first page.

as if HE took it!!
this guy finds pics on the internet, then he posts them here, but he doesn't store the files on the kde-look server, so when you click on Download you get redirected to his website, which has many google ads, and he gets payed (hope not much).
and he reposts, and reposts some pictures, adding the 'updated' tag but without changing a single pixel, just to draw more and more visits to his website.
what a nice behaviour! what an artist!
i'm sick of this thing, and IMHO, this site's admins should issue a warning, also because many files are below the 750Kb limit. no other reason not to store them here.
