finally something new! really amazing work!! i'd like to know more... what did you use?

I used Flam to generate the fractal (you can find the original in my profile its called another fractals), then I have used Photoshop to make pular coordinates, then I have made BLUR, motion blur, redial blur and unsharped mask, after all i gave the color
