I chose the subject of waiting because most of the people have expectations in their life that I tried to represented by symbolic images.
The girl sitting on the floor waiting for something and this can be a happy event in his life or a hope of recovery or the return of the beloved, etc....
The chair in front of her represents the place she gives to the event to come.
The human silhouette behind the curtain wall is the materialization of what she expects but which is still distant from her.
The hourglass at the foreground is simply the passing of time.
Sorry for my english. I have still to learn.
