Its created in gimp and gives an illusionary effect. choose the background colour of your choice and note the change in the effect.
hope this simple but crisp rendering is liked by one and all.. i created it just a while back and felt i should share with the community !
my screenshot has a black background selected to give this bluish dark effect. you can try yours !
