This is a good wallpaper but if I am not misstaking you are using "Hello kitty" and thus you are violating copyright-laws.

Technically they are but I know first hand that Sanrio doesn't go after people like this person. It's just not worth their time. If they were selling on eBay and using graphics taken from Sanrio's site.. they bitch about that kind of stuff. But this is really just fan art. :)

Note: my wife runs their online store and other parts of their website.. so I'm not just talking out of my ass. :)

I'm glad for that cause I've made a number of Sanrio wallpapers. Maybe I'll upload a couple now...
