no because i wanted to make a gentoo style version of this with a few edits and post it up here, thanks to your crappy licence thats illligal so yes i will vote the damn thing down, or just break the law.

Calm down. You know, it's possible to ask someone in a friendly manner. But maybe you never learned that.

And if he decides to use the Artistic license, he may have his reasons for that and you can accept it or not. No reason to rant about that.

Actually I agree that you judge the artwork, but no license. Anyway I've just changed the license to GPL. Enjoy.

This is no place for your religious fanaticism. Wallpaper is not code. Putting it under the GPL or not makes no difference. The Artistic license is more than appropriate for a piece of artwork.

If you don't like the wallpaper, don't use it. If you think it's of low quality, vote it down. But don't vote it down because it doesn't have the license you prefer. That's juvenile.
