I updated my own twain theme (http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/twain?content=122238) for nautilus elementary mod and added a light version with light panel and light menu.

which icons you are using in this theme ?

Lots of ;)
On bottom left in the panel that are token icons (search for token on deviantart.com).
In nautilus and other toolbars are gtk-icons that are delivered with this theme.
In the light version I am using modified elementary-monochrome iconset, and in the dark version modified Drakfire Evolution (different trash icon e.g.).
