The author of Clearlooks says the style is based on Bluecurve. Well here's a GTK2 theme that uses the actual, official Bluecurve colors. Those rich shades of blue seen in Redhat's theme can now be used in Clearlooks. Just thought I would contribute this.
This theme is icon-independent. In the screenshot I'm using the official Redhat artwork icons. If you don't use Redhat or Fedora, you can easily get the icons by getting the redhat-artwork rpm from Fedora's public FTP. If you're "afraid" of Redhat or want to use an icon them a little "more" free, you can gram the Wonderland icons in the yellowdog-artwork rpm from Yellowdog Linux's public FTP. RPM users should be able to force-install the RPM, and Debian-based users can easily use Alien to make it a deb.

0.5.2 - Fixed another text-coloring bug. It was showing white text on light backgrounds.
0.5.1 - Fixed a few color "bugs." Fonts no longer look too bright or too dark where they shouldn't.
0.5 - First version. Goes with Clearlooks 0.5

I noticed you have a light gray base[NORMAL] while mine is white. Your blue is slightly diff as well. I don't know where I got my bluecurve to be honest, but I didn't alter the colors and I didn't have Red Hat or Fedora installed so maybe they've changed the colors. Anyway, thanks for sharing!

you can get bluecurve stock icons from Clearlooks-Bluey (Bluecurve)

If you want to take it and put it in the Big Pak, eventually, be my guest. If you want to edit where it's white to be light gray, then go aherad. Bluecurve's gtk files did not have an entry for every value (bg, base, fg, etc) so I had to improvise with some.
