Where do you get the Aurora and Clearlooks GTK+ engines.??

The Clearlooks engine comes as part of the Gnome desktop (and its most probably on your distributions repositories).

You can get Aurora from here:

I hate to be That Guy, but is that dock in your screenshot Avant? if so, how did you get it to take up the entire bottom of your screen? Thanks in advance

Yes, it's AWN 0.3.2 (from the launchpad ppa) - you have to mess with gconf thouhg. Hit alt+F2 and type:
gconf-editor
Then, navigate to "/apps/avant-window-navigator/bar" and check "expand_bar".
