I've some other propositions.
Perhaps you could use rounded buttons for windows list and workspace selector :)
Also, is it possible to merge the toolbar background when there is two or three toolbars ?
I made some "mockups" here : http://baconnais.simon.free.fr/proposition.png

But New Wave (which is based on murrine) has a space between tooblar and tabs, and Radiance got rounded windows list.
Perhaps you could find some inspirations here :)

there is a little mistake in theme. In definition of text's colour (text_color:##1A1A1A) are 2 hashes, what often makes that we are getting aplication without used theme (naked ? gtk) You just need to delete one hash and then everything will be alright

I don't know about your system, but when I choose your theme the clock applet changes. The date goes on top of the clock. I prefer it that way because it saves much more space. I've found some clock tweaks on OMG!Ubuntu! but none of those look like the one your theme features.

I'll download it again here and on Deviantart and install it once more to see if it's a Gnome-look error or something, who knows!
