Unified-mod (for Nautilus-Elementary)

Unified with breadcrumbs for Nautilus-Elementary

I prefer the Unified GTK/Metacity theme over that of Elementary, but wanted to have the breadcrumbs that Elementary-mod had, so I manually added them to Unified and thought I'd share!

I realize a "hack" was released to do this automatically for any theme, but the breadcrumbs it uses are different than the ones used in Unified-mod and Elementary-mod and I prefer these. Not to mention I did this a couple days ago before it came out.
