This is an idea I came up with while working on a light version of my Simply Basic theme. This theme has a light menu bar with dark text. This is great for those who have a particular set of icons they like to use but don't work well with a dark theme. I'm using the Elementary icons in the screen shots above. Also I made some changes to the close, minimize and maximize buttons. Now you only see the red, yellow, and green when you mouse over theme.
Below are links to the icons and wallpaper. Thanks and enjoy!

July 29, 2010 - I've now added native google chrome and chromium support.
Aug 2, 2010 - It was recently brought to my attention that the window list applet is using the dark colors of the theme making it unreadable. This was an issue for those not using a dock. This has now been fixed.
Aug 17, 2010 - Just a little code clean up.
