KasBar improvement

Description:

I prefer using kasbar to any other taskbar tool, but found the look didn't fit in with a transparent kicker. I think this tiny tweak is an improvement.
At the moment this is a simple patch that just:-
Removes the box borders and labels
Increases the tooltip size.
Note: At the moment, this patch, breaks the thumbnail view (although I might have sorted that out in a bit).
If anyone likes this I'll see about changing this to be an option in the config page, and perhaps making some of the other visual elements more subtle too.
