This is part of a Wallpaper campaign against the propaganda of the ZKM, a firm which offers its services to the music- & filmindustry of Germany, trying to scare p2p-users and thus twisting facts & figures.
This campaign is particulary interesting for Germans, who are sick of the ZKM's propaganda- style as well.
Spread these wallpapers and stop their lies!

For the non-German-speakers it says "ZKM opened a death row for filesharers. Gruesome but true: Location's daily fill rate: 10 filesharers and a donkey"

The part about the donkey adds a funny special touch - I'm assuming it's talking about eDonkey2000?
