R-Monitor-SE Spanish

I have modified R-Monitor-SE ENGLISH v1.2 that was uploaded by sumashod, translated it into Spanish and made some minor changes.
-After taking a look to sumashod v1.3, I think that the widget looks better with IP addresses right aligned, so I left them as in v1.2.

All credit goes to the original developers, I just made a translation and a minor change to adapt it to my computer 8o)

v1.23:
-Realigned KDE/Qt version text.
-Changed the command I used to get LAN IP. ifconfig can't be accessed as normal user on Gentoo, and didn't show anything.
v1.22:
-Changed all coordinate system, total widget size is now smaller(250x325, previous was 305x350).
-I've also noticed that total data transferred (download and upload) was not updating right and was not displaying the right unit(MiB instead of KiB). It should be right now, and updating every 30 seconds.
v1.21:
-Just a couple of changes in mountpoint lines, removed last "s", I think it's more "consistent" 8o)
v1.2:
-Taken original v1.2 version, and made 2 changes:
-Translated all text to Spanish.
-Added a new line, so now you can monitor 3 partitions/mountpoints.
