added some hover effects to album list and fixed bug at rating bar(thx to brockers).

bugfix: use static color instead of AMAROK_BGCOLOR and AMAROK_FGCOLOR in header and some other places to prevent weird coloring with other than default color scheme.

Spectacular theme. I have seen a bug in the ratings bars... they don't have anything in them regardless of the rating of a particular song. Thanks for the theme... its my default. Bobby
