I have done a little change to your icon, in particular I have incresed the dark line at the bottom side. If you want i can give you so you can share it :-D

Oui, ce n'est pas vraiment un "bug".
En fait, jDownloader est une application écrite en Java. Et la transparence n'est pas gérée dans le systray par Java ... donc il le rempli en Blanc.

Dis moi de combien est ton panel (en px), je t'envois un version personnalisée.

Hello, thanks for your answer, my panel is big, his width is 32 pixels lol!

I think Ubuntu notification zone is not finish, I have the same problem with AMSN but now VLC is good.
