I'm thankful about your opinion, but this is not my objective, If you say it because i have put blue color in a circle i can ask you that i have make it because the blue is the complementary color of orange, and i don't tried in time to make a look like of v"shit"sta, and it's a circle cause in a first time i made only a blue gradient from the center but in the bar it appeared as a small blue circle and i had to change it, Do n't forget that i'm a graphic designer and to be original is what i look for...

how can i install this start button? how do i activate this theme?

You have to see your icon theme folder:
for example the icon theme "human" in:
/home/romudsgr/.icons/
<theme installed by you>
/usr/share/icons/Human/scalable/place/
<default themes>
replace the file start-here.svg (Don't forget to make a copy from your old icon and you need to be a root < sudo nautilus /usr/share/icons/Human/scalable/places/)
but this dependence and icon depend of your icons theme and your panel size.
