Hi.

I've just finished updating my gnome-buuf iconset with the
Deuce iconset fron Mattahan. I hope You will like It.

Thanks to mattahan for His awesome work.

ps: please tell me if you want me to change something.
ps 2 : You must add the 7zip support to your linux machine.Inside there is a tar.bz archive.

Hi djaany,

Thanks for this icons set, best I've used so far. It's really different from others set I've ever used.

I have a request tho, could you make the icons for "Quod Libet" and "SCIM"?
Quod Libet is a music player, and SCIM is an input program.

It doesn't allow to open listen...

Only using this iconset, I first though it was the gtk theme, but I just changed the icon set to another and voilà..

Great job. Wow didn't expect you to update it so quickly

Best icon theme available for gnome in my opinion.

I like to use it along with monochromatic-black and the Ninjja Dark emerald theme.

Much MUCH better!

I'm just not sure if in the shutdown dialog the options (hibernate, suspend, etc) shouldn't be themed. Can anyone confirm this?

Other than that, it's fantastic :D

I get an error installing the tar.bz from the zip file. So I extracted it into the /.icons directory in my user directory and reapplied the theme.

FINALLY MY BLUETOOTH ICON IN THE TASK MANAGER LOOKS LIKE A BUUF!

Great icons!

Though some of them have a transparency issue:
When using certain icons (ex. amsn) in cairo-dock, the transparent field turns white.

It seems to be a layer problem where ex. amsn.png is on an index/background layer while gimp.png is on an layer0 layer and thus transparent.

I've been using this icon theme for a while now. I just upgraded to Hardy and noticed that your firefox icon isn't showing up. If you could fix that it'd be great

Hello,

Is it possible to set an icon for the mime type for files .hpp ?
( I've the icon of text file... and that's more difficult for me to see .hpp files in a folder containing .txt or .log files )

But ... again ... A VERY GOOD WORK !!

Ok, I will add your icon in my next release. But You will have to give me the mime type of your file (right clic on the file => properties => mime type)

Really fantastic icons, this makes my working day a fairy tale. :D

Just wondering: After the last update Evolution looks much better, but some icons are still not there (inbox/outbox/junk/sent).

Is this a local problem (ie my problem) or are those icons missing? If so, any possibility to add them?

ehhr, sorry I was a bit too quick on the keyboard...

In evolution's list of mails, the icon for a mail/new mail/replied mail/forwarded mail is also missing.

Other than that: looks great!

Awesome Icons! Props to Mattahan for making them and djaany for putting them into gnome format. These are probably the best icons I have ever seen actually. SO much better than the usual vista, osx, etc clones.
Finally some originality :)


One question, can I change some of the icons that are set in gnome?
A couple didn't seem to get applied correctly (like the bluetooth icon is still the old one, not using the Buuf theme one)


PS: I also like the old HD icon better btw ;)
