I made wallpapers as was requested by memphidoo, there are 1600x1200 and 1280x1024 versions.

I've been using this for months now, and I still love logging in to see it. Works perfectly with the wallpaper I found at deviantART http://maariusz.deviantart.com/art/green-light-50855423.

this is a really nice and original splash. I would love to see some more work of this type, perhaps a wallpaper, so this splash fits in better. I like it a lot, gj! ;)

that's pretty nice, but for me it's too much grey. i would change the icons section a bit. lighten it or something.

I see your point here, but here I cannot use any more colors than major green white and black which will result in too colorful splash we all try to avoid.

Have you actually tried the splash, the pic on preview only shows icons in their higlight (a.k.a. active) mode? Normal states of icons are much lighter.
