What icon theme is being used in this splash screen? It looks cool.

Ok just found them http://www.osx-e.com/downloads/icons/1000_pngs.html although you cant install them using the control center as it is not a theme, just png files

They are PNG files which I downloaded way before I moved to Linux and for the life of me cant remember where I got them from :(
