At first it didn't work for me, then I noticed install.sh installed it to home-directories and I had ran it as root.

Buttons are still a bit too 3d-ish to fit with the rest of the theme, but definitely a HUGE step in a very good direction.
Kudos

I think this one of the most usable themes ever make for KDE. The combination of icons and colors allow for something that is both usable yet elegant.
It doesn't take a whole lot of time to think about what things mean, or a whole lot of squinting to see the tilte bar, icons, buttons, etc.
While some may argue that the XP theme is usable, it looks toyish (hence the nickname "Fisher-Price Interface")... this has more of the look of a well-designed instructional book for serious people.
I vote that this theme come standard with the next release of KDE!

A few days ago I posted a precompiled binary of the library for SuSE 8.1, because recompilation of kdebase 3.1 is a time consuming task - but it was immediatly voted down. So you have to do it yourself.

Maybe, you also can add some kind of "glowing" effect to the minimize, close, etc. buttons.
Also, transparency does not seem to work. At least the KDE says elmo is unable to use it.
Why not make the windows decoration use custom colors? I think, Elmo could be expanded to a real configurable style/decoration
Aber sonst sieht es schon echt gut aus. Wenn es schneller wird, dann kann ich es auch benutzen ;-)

Window decoration: I doubt it's possible to implement a "glowing" effect like the native decoration "Glow" shows with IceWM themes. You will have to wait until someone else codes this windec natively, I'm not capable of doing it. The same applies to transparent menus. :-(
Color customization can be improved a bit, but some colors need to be hardwired. There are some people working on a native Elmo III version, I think they will do better than me.
