Description:

Blackbox - Operation theme as Icewm theme. Nice and Clean. Although there are a lot of beautiful Window decorations(Aqua,Keramic) most of them are distracting to the eye which is why I took 30mins to make this very simple window decoration. But I have seen this wallpaper somewhere else to download, and there have been other nice pictures too. So where did you get it, I can't remember...
