O'Reilly icons for Cezanne icon set

Hi -
In this release are set of O'Reilly themed mimetype icons, for which O'Reilly have very kindly given me permission to use their cover images.
The latest version adds many new filetypes to the theme, which I hope you enjoy.
As usual, all comments and suggestions are gratefully received.

p.s. if anyone knows of document which provides a good guide to the naming of icon files so that they get picked up correctly by KDE, please let me know!

Any plans to add the other O'Reilly icons to this set (ie. bash, emacs, Python, etc.)?
P.S. Also could use a .bz2 "box" and Powerpoint/Impress icons in the mime set.
