Kubuntu start button 0.2

New start icon for Kubuntu *intrepid* 8.10.
Based in oxygen icon.
HOWTO:
In a console:
tar -xzvf kde-start-kubuntu.tar.gz
cd kde-start-kubuntu/
sudo bash ./backup_icons.sh
sudo bash ./copy_icons.sh
You need to reboot the system to take effect.
REMEMBER: When you update the oxygen icons (for example to update from kde 4,1,2 to 4.1.3), you need to repeat everything because the new
icons will be overwritten.
