Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
Extract the archive. Get ROOT Rights (!) and copy cpr-freq-applet in
/usr/share/pixmaps/
Best with Terminal - gksu - nautilus - password.
Overwrite the existing file. These are 5 icons *.png 28x28 (you can change the format if you want to match with your Panel)
