What teminal app are you using, if its console how did you get it to look like that (No window borders or anything)

It looks really slick

I don't speak english very good. I will try to explain it.
I have used the Mavos-Silver window decoration:
http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=901

and I have erased the borders in options->console-configirations->general
