I use OS X (and the agua icons) on a regular basis, and I have to say you have captured the style of it very well. I'm unsure whether you can do this but, all I would recommend is you shift the dock icons upward slighty and (if it is possible) make the text in the menu bar bolder. But good job! It looks very cool. Oh and the Mail icon is the version they used in Panther not Tiger (however, I do prefer the Panther version).

Oh and is there any chance you can tell me where you got the dock background image?
