Kommander OpenWithDlg

This is a Kommander plugin which enables the KDE OpenWith Dialog. This dialog is useful, if you like to give your user the choise to open a file with an application the user wants. This is particularly useful to multimedia Kommander apps.
An example kmdr-file is included.
Only for Kommander versions 1.3 or above.

added function getSelection - shows the openwith dialog and returns only the users selection without executing it.
add function getExecSelection - returns the last user selection. needed because execute function returns nothing.
